MachParts Global ("we", "us"), operated by WUHAN SUNFULL, provides aftermarket parts information and sourcing support for business buyers. This policy explains what the website records when you contact us and how that information is used.

Information we collect

Each website inquiry asks for four items: customer name, email, Tel / WhatsApp and message. The message may include product codes, model or OE numbers, quantity, destination and other information you choose to provide. The system also records the source page, product code when available, submission time, IP address, browser user agent and referrer for security, routing and conversion measurement.

How we use it

We use the information to respond, ask fitment questions, review compatibility, prepare a quotation and coordinate packing or logistics. We do not sell personal information. Relevant product requirements may be shared with suppliers, logistics providers, email providers or other service providers only when needed to handle the inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

The public inquiry flow records first-party operational events such as form starts and successful submissions. The protected admin area uses a necessary session cookie for authentication.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage and measure actions such as inquiry starts, successful inquiry submissions (generate_lead), and WhatsApp clicks (whatsapp_click). Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies. We do not send inquiry form content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or WhatsApp numbers to Google Analytics. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings control on the site.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to answer the request, maintain normal B2B follow-up records, meet legal or security obligations and resolve disputes. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised by the site operator.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted. Send the request through the contact / RFQ page using the same email or Tel / WhatsApp so the record can be identified. The verified company email should also be published here before launch.
